Beyond infrastructure, for decades we have consistently supported the education of our employees’ children by paying their school and college fees, ensuring that financial constraints never become a barrier to learning. At the same time, through awareness, guidance, and community engagement, we have helped educate and positively influence millions of people—encouraging families to prioritise education as a lifelong investment. Over the years, hundreds of children across multiple generations of Fieldmarshal families have directly benefited from our education support, while our broader initiatives have contributed to shaping informed, confident, and capable individuals across communities.
